Qi Gong exercises are different from regular sports, where intensive muscle strength is used. Qi Gong exercises are simple and smooth movements. The focus is on restoring our sympathetic (yang) and parasympathetic (yin) functions of our autonomic nervous system. Practicing Qi Gong preventively brings harmony to our sympathetic (yang) and parasympathetic (yin) systems. This boosts our body’s defense mechanism. Qi Gong part 1 / advanced / costs Qi Gong is a type of gymnastics originating from China where various exercises are performed in combination with breathing in and out. Qi stands for life energy in Chinese; Gong means “the art” or “skill.” Qi Gong can thus be translated as “the mastery of and working with life energy.”
The aim of Qi Gong exercises is to strengthen and maintain individual health and fitness. Various forms of physical exercise have the same goal, but the difference is that Qi Gong exercises are performed with as little physical effort as possible. Regular practice of Qi Gong has a positive influence on both physical and mental health.
Every month a 3-hour Qi Gong workshop is organized. Next workshop on Saturday, February 3, 2024

Hard Qi Gong: aimed at hardening the whole body or parts thereof, increasing physical resilience.
